## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责日常客户咨诉的收集、统计、分发和处理
- 负责客户咨诉的问题分析与洞察，沉淀客户服务优化策略
- 负责处理客诉问题的处理与协解 任职资格 1、3年以上的运营经验，有客服运营经验和咨诉处理经验优先 2、有责任心，抗压能力强，沟通协调能力强 3、有养老行业从业经验优先
