## Job description

岗位职责

### 销售推动
- 根据公司发展，向分公司/渠道宣贯公司产品政策，跟进核心产品的销售推动；

### 市场调研与分析
- 负责收集和分析分公司市场及客户的需求，了解行业动态和竞争对手情况，持续优化属地产品方案；

### 分公司营销方案输出与支持
- 输出面向央国企客户的属地营销方案，包括产品组合、解决方案、服务方案等；

### 分公司售前支持与方案优化
- 参与央国企客户的售前阶段，协助准备售前支持材料；

### 跨部门协作与资源整合
- 熟悉公司内部资源，与总部产品团队紧密合作，推动产品优化及产品策略调整；

### 营销素材制作
- 根据集团内跨公司合作需求/企业客户需求制定标准化营销素材 任职资格 1、市场营销、工商管理、医学相关专业优先； 2、3年以上售前支持、销售策略、市场分析或产品推动相关工作经验；有央国企项目服务经验者、熟悉健康管理/保险医疗健康产品者优先； 3、具备优秀的逻辑思维能力和商业洞察力，熟悉招投标流程； 4、具有较强的抗压能力，能够适应快节奏的工作环境；具备团队合作精神，责任心强，积极主动；有较强的资源整合能力。
