## Job description

岗位职责

### 一、数据分析与策略支持

负责市场数据、业务数据的收集、整理与分析，为营销策略提供数据支持。根据数据分析结果，为团队提供针对性的营销方案。

### 二、营销推动与目标达成

制定并执行月度/季度营销计划、激励方案，追踪各机构标准动作和目标达成。跟踪营销活动效果，定期复盘并优化营销策略。

### 三、储蓄险产品经营与管理

深入了解储蓄险产品的特性、市场定位及客户需求，参与产品设计与优化建议。 负责储蓄险产品的市场推广与培训工作，提升团队对产品的认知与销售能力。 关注市场动态及竞争对手策略，提出针对性的应对方案。

### 四、跨部门协作与推动

与后台运营部门紧密合作，推动营销资源的整合与利用，提升整体营销效率。负责各类营销物料的制作与交付，确保按时完成并符合质量要求。

### 任职资格 教育背景

本科及以上，保险、金融、市场营销等相关专业优先 工作经验：3年以上保险行业营销相关工作经验，有储蓄险产品推广经验者优先。

### 专业技能

熟悉保险产品特性及市场运作模式，具备较强的市场分析能力和营销策划能力。

### 其他能力

具备优秀的沟通协调能力、团队管理能力和抗压能力，能够适应快节奏的
