岗位职责
- 负责咨诉案件的拦截、受理、响应、核实及处理等工作；
- 负责非保险类监管、媒体咨诉案件客户面对面约谈；
- 负责分公司客户服务工作开展，提升客户体验。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历，沟通表达能力强，办公软件熟练使用
