## Job description

岗位职责
- 对支行的各项业务负责，合理制定达成支行业务目标的具体工作计划并有效实施；
- 统筹好对公、厅堂、理财、运营等各岗位角色，通过有效的日常管理与辅导训练，带领团队成员完成业务发展目标；
- 作为支行案件防控、安全保卫、信息安全、消保工作的第一责任人，贯彻合规及风险控制要求。 任职资格
- 具备银行公司及零售业务管理经验，能够综合运用多种银行金融产品为客户提供综合金融解决方案；
- 从事金融工作5年以上，具备团队管理经验，有银行管理型支行行长或专营机构分支机构负责人工作经验者优先；
- 具备良好的推动执行能力、团队建设能力，具有良好的职业道德、无违规违纪行为
