## Job description

岗位职责 1．督导单位经营 (1)对所督导营业单位进行职能部门（包含核保、续期、保全、理赔）政策和知识的宣导、咨询等一站式业务支持工作; (2)促进督导单位业务发展和服务品质提升、以及各项后援指标的达成。 2．存续单续期收费及服务 (1)对存续保单进行交费提醒、困难件劝阻工作; (2)对存续保单进行客户资料维护，提供客户预约的保全、理赔等服务工作。 任职资格 1．大专（含）以上学历； 2．身体健康、相貌端正； 3．学习领悟、沟通和语言表达能力强，有类似销售或客服类工作经验者优先； 4．待人热忱，积极向上、性格温和耐心、亲和力强； 5．无任何不良记录。
