## Job description

### 岗位职责 岗位职责
- 规划与组织业务分部保费计划的完成。
- 对业务分部的各项业务指标达成负责。
- 团队管理，规划组织所辖业务部的销售活动，有效提升业务经理产能
- 负责业务分部的日常管理，对所辖业务部进行销售支援和人员调配。
- 与相关部门及营业单位负责人沟通协调。 任职资格 1．35周岁以下。 2．大学本科以上学历。 3．5年及以上保险销售管理或相关工作经验。 4．品貌端正、身体健康，能够熟练应用办公软件。 5．擅长人际沟通，具备一定的辅导培训及市场策划能力，具有较强的沟通协调与业务推动能力。
