## Job description

岗位职责
- 团体业务渠道的开拓、维护、渠道保费推动达成计划目标；
- 中小微企业业务开拓推动、维护；
- 续期业务推动及专业支持；
- 产品培训支持，相关契约、保全问题件沟通于追踪。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 有3年以上团体客户开发经验，有产险、养老险或银行、政府大客户销售经验者优先；
- 积极主动，责任心强，有强烈的结果导向意识，沟通能力强；
- 学习能力强，对新知识保持高度的敏感性，认可平安企业文化。
