## Job description

岗位职责
- 各类客户咨询件和投诉件的处理；
- 代表公司参加客诉纠纷的三方调解；
- 个案的根因定位、责任判定和报告撰写；
- 客户体验问题的核实和调研；
- 参与各类投诉演练，汇报演练成效；
- 其他运营和服务相关工作的协同和参与。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，医学/保险/金融专业背景或有同业消保管理、咨诉处理工作经验者优先；
- 具有较强的学习能力及抗压能力，系统操作能力强；
- 具有专业的工作态度，品行端正，具备优秀的沟通能力和适应能力。
