## Job description

岗位职责

### 市场分析与客户管理
- 梳理属地市场目标客户，深入挖掘客户需求，制定针对性营销方案；协同销售团队拓展年金业务，维护重点客户，定期沟通拜访，检视管理成果。

### 项目推动与管理
- 统筹年金项目全周期推动，负责项目路演、投标等工作；配合完成受托资产管理、投资监督、管理人考核等项目管理工作。

### 方案设计与合同管理
- 根据法规政策和客户需求，指导企业设计年金方案，并协助完成方案备案；与意向客户进行合同谈判，签订企业年金管理合同，并配合完成合同报备。

### 专业支持与销售赋能
- 为销售团队提供政策、产品培训，参与重点客户陪访及关键谈判；为客户提供资本市场资讯、定期汇报、管理人评估等专业支持报告。 任职资格

### 学历
- 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、保险等专业优先。

### 经验
- 2年以上金融行业对公客户服务或产品经理相关工作经验，有养老保险公司、基金、资管、银行对公相关岗位从业经历者优先。

### 专业
- 具备较为扎实的金融专业知识，具备较为出色的产品分析和解读能力，熟悉企业年金、养老保障、商业养老金等产品特性及监管政策者优先考虑。

### 能力
- 具备敏锐的市场洞察力，能够快速分析市场动态、同业竞争情况及客户需求变化；具备较强的学习能力，能够快速掌握新政策、新业务及市场趋势； 具备较强的沟通协调能力，能够与客户、内部团队及外部合作方高效协作。

### 素质
- 具备良好的职业道德和职业素养，无不良从业记录，工作态度积极主动，执行力强。具备高度的责任心和抗压能力，能够适应快节奏的工作环境。

### 其他
- 持有基金/证券从业资格证，具备CPA、CFA、FRM等相关专业证书者优先。
