## Job description

岗位职责
- 贯彻落实分公司各项经营、管理制度，对本机构保费达成、利润指标等各项经营KPI负全责
- 负责本机构各产品销售推动的组织和指导，保证业务合理增长，确保市场占有率逐步提高
- 指导本机构直销团队、营销服务部管理工作，建设员工队伍
- 加强与当地监管机关、政府职能部门联系，理顺外围环境，协调分公司职能部门、本机构内部工作关系
- 严格执行公司“红黄蓝”制度，确保本机构不发生重大经营、管理、财务风险 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历
- 三年以上保险行业销售前线部门工作经历
- 具有保险专业知识，精通保险产品，熟悉人员增选专业技能与流程，具有市场营销管理与调研分析能力
- 有很强的结果导向意识，并具有较强的沟通协调能力、推动能力和一定的人际理解能力
