## Job description

岗位职责

### 产品策略规划
- 深入研究互联网保险市场动态、用户需求和行业趋势，制定创新且具有竞争力的保险产品策略。基于大数据分析，精准定位目标客户群体，设计个性化保险产品，如针对年轻家庭的综合保障计划，满足不同客户在健康、重疾、意外等多方面的保险需求；

### 产品开发与优化
- 协同精算、法务、技术等多部门，推动保险产品从概念到上线的全流程开发。并结合用户反馈和市场变化，持续优化现有产品，如降赔付、犹退、调整保障范围等，提升产品市场适应性；

### 数据分析与决策支持
- 定期收集、分析保险产品销售数据，评估产品策略，为业务决策提供数据支持。并通过用户行为数据（如投保转化率、续保率）及医疗健康大数据，迭代产品责任与定价参数，提升产品市场竞争力。 任职资格

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，精算、保险、金融、市场营销、统计学等相关专业优先；

### 工作经验
- 2年以上健康险产品开发经验，熟悉互联网保险产品特性、开发及推广流程，有成功主导过百万级用户量产品上线案例者优先；

### 技能要求
- 具备较强的数据分析能力，能够通过数据洞察业务问题并提出解决方案；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够与跨部门团队有效协作；
- 具备优秀的项目管理能力，独立协调精算、核保、IT等多部门资源，推动产品全周期落地；

### 其他素质
- 对互联网保险行业充满热情，有创新意识和敏锐的市场洞察力，能够快速适应市场变化和业务发展需求。工作认真负责，有较强的责任心和抗压能力 。
