## Job description

岗位职责
- 公司团体客户及中介渠道的开拓及维护及销售支持，机构各项考核指标的追踪督导；
- 团体渠道业务计划的制定与分解，营销计划的制定与推动，制式化行销活动及激励方案的策划与推广；
- 对机构的团体及中介渠道销售人员提供相关培训支持；
- 属地团体、中介市场的调研分析。 任职资格 1、35周岁以下，本科及以上学历； 2、具备人身险团体业务推动经验，及承保、核保、理赔相关经验； 3、具备并掌握风险管控、产能管控、利润管控等专业能力和工具方法； 4、熟稔监管政策，接受过合规系统培训；
- 具备职业经理人必备的办公化逻辑输出和能力结构。
