## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责团体渠道客户的二次开发和健康医疗保险产品的推动与销售；
- 第三方合作平台和网络销售平台开拓，；
- 产品服务及相关知识宣导培训，宣导激励方案，追踪业务员业绩，完成业绩指标；
- 协助配合渠道业务人员完成健康险业务项目的保全、理赔等客户服务工作；
- 与渠道建立良好合作关系。 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历，特别优秀者可以放宽至大专；
- 熟悉团体保险市场，自身有一定人力和业务资源优先；
- 有渠道销售相关经历的优先。
