## Job description

岗位职责 （一）投诉倾向客户拦截； （二）客户投诉问题处理，包括但不限于核实、调查、回复、 结案； （三）疑难案件、高风险事件（如群访群诉、自杀倾向客户、 负面舆情扩散等）处置，包括但不限于核实、调查、回复、客户 面谈、结案； （四）权限范围处理方案制定； （五）完成公司要求的其它工作事项 任职资格 （一）大专及以上学历，有 1 年以上客服、投诉处理 工作经验； （二）具有银行、互联网金融、融资担保公司等金融类机构 工作背景优先；
