## Job description

岗位职责 负责反洗钱合规相关产品规划设计与优化，重点聚焦于C端客户及B端商户的全生命周期管理及收银台交易支付链路，确保产品符合反洗钱法律法规及监管要求。 协调跨部门资源，推动反洗钱合规功能的开发与上线，确保产品功能满足合规要求。 持续跟踪产品运行情况，分析反洗钱合规数据，优化产品流程，提升合规效率。 参与反洗钱合规政策解读，确保产品设计与政策要求保持一致。 配合反洗钱合规团队，提供技术支持和产品培训，确保团队成员对产品功能和合规要求的充分理解。 配合反洗钱合规团队，完成相关报告的编写与提交，确保数据准确性和及时性。 关注行业动态及监管变化，及时调整产品策略以应对新的合规要求 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，有3年以上支付行业产品经验，有国内第三方支付公司工作背景优先
- 熟悉第三方支付、反洗钱、支付账户、商户报备等监管合规要求，了解各类支付业务类型（收单、钱包、跨境支付等）
- 具备优秀的产品专业能力，逻辑清晰、思维活跃，良好的风险敏感度及抗压能力，优秀的用户需求和业务逻辑理解力
- 优秀的跨部门沟通与资源协调能力
