## Job description

岗位职责
- 进行专业化理财服务，根据客户需求，为客户提供个性化的投资建议和理财方案，实现客户财富的保值增值；
- 为团队提供合理化建议，保持积极向上的团队氛围，提升团队各项品质；
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保业务品质及合规服务。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历； 2、2年及以上银行从业经验，熟悉财富管理，金融业务拓展； 3、服务营销能力强，具备基金从业资格证，持AFP、CFP等理财专业证照者优先。 4、有良好的职业道德、敬业精神和服务意识，无不良从业纪录。
