## Job description

岗位职责

### 投放的全流程管理
- 负责小红书、视频号、抖音等平台的证券类广告投流实操，包括账户搭建、人群定向、预算分配、出价策略制定及投放效果实时监控，确保投流ROI；

### 投后数据优化迭代
- 每日分析投放数据，结合平台算法特性与证券行业用户行为逻辑，优化素材内容、定向维度及投放策略，输出数据复盘报告并落地迭代方案；

### 财经内容运营协同
- 基于证券行业合规要求，结合平台热点趋势，协同内容团队产出适配不同平台的财经内容，投教科普内容，提升内容与投流的匹配度；

### 资源及合规性管理
- 维护各社交平台广告账户及合作资源，跟进平台政策更新，确保所有投流及运营行为严格遵守证券行业监管要求与平台规则，规避合规风险；

### 行业动态案例沉淀
- 跟踪同行及泛财经领域社交媒体投流趋势、优秀案例，拆解投放逻辑与运营玩法，沉淀可复用的方法论，助力团队投流能力提升。 任职资格
- 硕士及以上学历，市场营销、金融、广告学等相关专业优先，具有证券从业资格；
- 精通投放平台后台操作，能独立制定投放策略，分析投放数据并定位问题，通过数据优化实现投流效果提升；
- 熟悉各社交平台用户偏好，能精准把握年轻化、轻量化的财经投教内容趋势，具备内容优化与创意落地能力。
