## Job description

岗位职责
- 合同谈判支持，超权限上报总部，并记录谈判过程形成书面文档；
- 机构年金业务审核；
- 负责与当地委托人及账管、托管协调，解决受托、账管（平安为账户管理人的业务）、投管（平安为投资管理人的业务）的运营问题件，追踪每笔运营业务的落实情况；
- 负责处理年金客户的咨询投诉问题解决，协调相关部门向客户提供服务资料；
- 负责与当地委托人及账管、托管协调，解决委托人特殊业务需求；
- 负责机构端和客户端年金业务知识的培训；
- 上门辅导客户单证填写，协助当地委托人进行缴费、支付测算；
- 与对口数科机构网点进行运营问题和具体服务需求的沟通反馈，协助其改善作业指标达成状况 ；
- 领导交办的其它工作。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，金融、保险、IT、财务等相关专业;
- 两年以上年金、团体保险运营经验优先；
- 熟悉年金运作方式优先；
