## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责基座模型在分析业务需求，针对不同应用场景的设计训练方案，提高模型在不同下游应用上的的性能；
- 跟进 LLM 代码生成前沿技术，持续优化基座模型完成各类复杂代码生成任务的能力；
- 深入探索LLM在编程场景中的应用，各类代码生成/Coding Agent 场景的效果优化，负责业务需求在代码场景中的效果优化，深入研究LLM后训练等相关技术，提高算法准确率和效率；
- 持续跟进LLM前沿技术，基于LLM完成在代码领域中的复杂任务，根据已有数据集进行数据建设、数据增强、数据合成等，具有数据构建和指令微调经验（重要）；
- 参与建设业务侧Multi-Agents系统产品，支持产品线在算法方面的需求；参与数据飞轮迭代建设、智能体系统以及相关应用。 任职资格
- 硕士以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业，具有1年以上大模型相关工作经验，有独立项目落地、RL顶会论文、算法竞赛获奖等经历优先；
- 具备优秀的编码能力，扎实的数据结构和算法功底，有较为丰富的工程经验（重要），至少熟练掌握Python/Go/Java/TypeScript一种开发语言，有内部组件开发经验者优先；
- 熟悉大模型训练、RL算法者优先，在大模型领域，主导过有影响力的项目或论文者优先，有代码生成/Coding Agent项目经验者优先，有实际落地经验者优先，在大模型代码生成领域有研究论文者优先；
- 有自驱力，能结合行业属性，收集数据并设计算法，深度探索大模型在垂类下的优化空间；
- 有良好的沟通协作能力，关注行业动态与技术趋势，及时引入新的技术和理念能和团队一起探索新技术，推进技术应用。
