## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责部门日常行政事务及文件资料的整理与归档；
- 协助完成社区金融业务的各类数据统计与报表制作；
- 配合团队完成客户信息维护及服务支持工作；
- 参与部门内部沟通协调，确保各项工作的顺利开展。 任职资格
- 本科优先、专业不限；
- 较强的人际理解力，善于沟通协作；良好的抗压能力和自我驱动能力，有韧性和持续力；
- 具备快消、互联网、地产等行业销售推动、管理经验，具备一定的客户资源者优先。或熟悉保险行业和产品知识，具备寿险分公司、三级机构前线经验，具备创新突破意识，有本地学习、生活经验者优先。
