## Job description

岗位职责

### 集群全生命周期管理
- 负责平安集团各子公司Elasticsearch集群的规划、部署、交付、升级、扩容与下线全流程管理，保障集群高可用与稳定运行

### 云原生平台建设
- 基于Elastic Cloud on KubernetElasticsearch (ECK)构建统一Elasticsearch云原生运维平台，实现集群自动化部署、弹性扩缩容与标准化交付

### 生产运维保障
- 7*24小时响应Elasticsearch生产环境故障，独立排查并解决因主机资源瓶颈、配置不合理、使用不规范等导致的各类集群问题，制定应急预案并组织演练

### 性能优化与治理
- 针对索引设计、查询语句、分片策略、JVM参数等进行深度调优，开展集群资源治理与成本优化，持续提升系统性能与资源利用率

### 监控体系建设
- 完善Elasticsearch集群监控告警体系，建立健康度评估模型，实现故障早发现、早预警、早处置

### 技术支持与赋能
- 对接各业务线用户，提供Elasticsearch使用场景咨询、方案设计与技术指导，编写最佳实践文档，开展技术培训，提升用户自主运维能力
- 开发运维脚本与自动化工具，沉淀标准 任职资格 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、通信等相关专业 2. 5年以上IT运维或中间件运维工作经验，其中3年以上Elasticsearch生产环境运维运营经验 3. 深入理解Elasticsearch核心原理，包括分片机制、路由策略、倒排索引、查询聚合、分布式架构等，精通Elasticsearch集群性能调优与故障排查 4.熟悉Elastic Stack全系产品（Elasticsearch、Kibana、Logstash、Beats、APM等）的部署、配置与使用 5.

### 云原生能力

精通ECK（Elastic Cloud on KubernetElasticsearch）开源平台，具备独立搭建ECK平台并完成Elasticsearch集群容器化交付的实战经验；熟练掌握KubernetElasticsearch常用操作与排障技能 6. ：具备独立分析和解决Elasticsearch生产环境复杂问题的能力，包括但不限于：节点宕机、数据丢失、内存溢出、查询慢、写入阻塞、分片未分配等典型故障 7. 具备良好的跨部门沟通能力与服务意识
