## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责企业年金、员工健康管理等项目的统筹管理，包括市场项目信息的定期更新、建立PMO分层分级管理机制，通过专项会议、周度追踪等方式检视推动项目进展；总公司及机构各项日常项目管理工作的对接落地及督导执行
- 根据总公司规则，进行销售队伍日常管理、商机追踪管理及会议管理等
- 业绩指标分析与追踪预警，为管理层提供决策支持 任职资格
- 硕士研究生以上学历，保险、金融、经济相关专业，2年以上工作经验
- 熟练掌握办公软件使用， 具备企业年金、企业健康管理经验者优先
- 有较强的统筹、沟通及协调能力
