## Job description

岗位职责
- 判断人伤损失的责任风险及合理性；
- 完成实地查勘的标准动作，撰写查勘报告，并对案件损失进行系统预估录入；
- 完成对实地查勘案件后续案件跟踪;
- 完成人伤案件的调查工作；
- 指导客户正确理赔程序，解答客户提出的与事故相关的问题；
- 人伤案件损失核定及案件调解、诉讼的参与。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，医学类、法律类等相关专业；
- 有良好的沟通能力及语言表达能力，积极的工作态度，高度的责任心，持有C1或以上驾驶证者优先；
- 具有杰出的执行力，具有丰富的专业知识储备，具有一定的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力；
- 一定的沟通协作、担当精神，一定的结果导向型思维，跟踪到底，不遗漏，踏实认真完成本职工作，一定的抗压耐力。
