## Job description

### 岗位职责 工作职责
- 建立健全公司合规管理体系，包括制度、指引的制定和流程搭建等，确保符合监管要求及公司战略发展需求。
- 负责日常业务合规检查，包括合同条款、商业模式、采购管理、定价管理、履约管理等环节的合规审查和风险评估。
- 协同相关部门完成公司新产品、新业务准入合规评审，提供合规建议，进行合规审查。
- 监督和审查主要业务流程的制度体系搭建以及制度执行情况，提出改进建议，防范潜在风险事件发生。
- 定期向管理层汇报合规工作进度，编制合规风险事项报告，为管理层决策提供合规支持和专业意见。
- 协调对接集团法律合规及其他相关部门，确保合规管理工作的有效衔接与协同运作，配合现场检查和自查工作，负责材料准备和问题整改。
- 开展合规培训，提升公司合规意识及推进合规文化建设。 任职资格
- 法律、财务、经济等相关专业，需具备甲方经验，即在大型互联网企业或金融机构内部从事合规管理、风险管理或内控管理工作的经验；有团队管理经验。
- 深入了解国内外金融监管政策及法律法规，尤其在业务合规管理有扎实功底。
- 具备较强的逻辑思维能力、数据分析能力和文字表达能力，能够独立撰写高质量的合规风险评估报告。
- 工作细致严谨，原则性强，主动性强，具备出色的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
- 持有法律职业资格证书、FRM、CIA、CPA等相关职业资格证书者优先。
