## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责零售信贷业务的拓展，达成创利和KPI指标、达成交叉销售业务目标；
- 负责客户业务的受理与贷前调查工作，如实介绍产品并告知客户相关权益和义务；
- 按贷后管理和资金流向相关制度和实施细则要求，落实相关工作；
- 落实贷款、合规及风险管理要求，确保业务合法合规；
- 完成上级交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 熟悉或热爱零售信贷（含普惠）金融工作，具有较强的市场营销能力，具备批量获取贷款客户的能力；
- 零售贷款工作经验大于5年，普惠贷款或对公贷款工作经验大于1年；
- 沟通及表达能力佳，具有较好的抗压能力和团队协作意识；
- 有零售信贷或普惠客户经理工作经验者优先考虑；
- 有事业心、进取心、无不良记录。
