## Job description

岗位职责
- 积极拓展市场，开发和积累客户，有效利用公司资源寻找合作客户，树立和维护公司品牌形象。
- 维护良好客户关系，做好客户服务工作，为客户提供各项咨询、演示、方案制定、销售等一系列专业服务。
- 熟悉公司内部专业管理流程，借助集团金融平台优势，为企业提供银行、资金管理、融资租赁及信托证券等一揽子金融服务。 任职资格
- 大专及以上学历，专业不限，有1-3年对公客户经理工作经验。
- 认同公司文化，热爱销售工作，具备较强的责任心、沟通协调能力和客户公关能力，较强的团队配合和学习能力，能够做好时间管理和自我管理。
- 具备动手实战、沟通协作、商敏直觉、领悟融会的能力。
- 具备责任担当、勤奋努力、抗压耐力、主动挑战、危机意识的性格。
