## Job description

岗位职责
- 贯彻落实各项政策及规章制度，结合营业网点实际情况，制定相关实施细则并予以落实。
- 负责厅堂KPI考核指标的督导与达成。
- 负责厅堂运营、风险、服务等工作的全面管理与监督。
- 完成分行及支行长交办的其他工作。 手研究，维护竞争对手信息库
- 准备客户咨询、销售趋势、客户投诉、交货/服务问题、退货理由等相关报告 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，毕业证书、学位证书齐 全; 2、3年以上银行零售工作经验，个人信用记录及从业记录良好; 3、具有良好的营销管理、团队管理经验和业务开拓能力; 4、品行端正、合规意识强，无严重违纪违规记录和不良从业记录，符合银保监局对商业银行支行管理人员的任职资格要求。
