## Job description

岗位职责

### 业务拓展
- 个人及团队业务拓展；

### IP打造
- 参与红人计划，开展个人IP打造；

### 医健培训
- 结合总部北大医疗健管师培训、HMC培训以及健康险医健优势，搭建机构医健培训体系并对代理人开展医健培训；

### HMC推广
- 组建机构HMC先锋体验小组、开展陪跑训练营、落地标准化推广流程、常态化活动运营；
- 领导安排的其他工作。 （工作地点在宜昌） 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，医学相关专业或从业经验；
- 热爱健康险行业，对保险销售充满热情，有医疗健康、保险销售经验的优先；
- 积极主动，抗压能力强，具备客户思维，学习及沟通表达能力强。
