## Job description

岗位职责
- 参与授信业务的贷前核查、面签及核保等工作，并督导客户经理落实授信批复条件。
- 贷中核实，负责贷款出账材料核查、抵质押信息核查、查看出账及合同基本信息等。
- 贷后督导和管理，负责业务贷后检查、风险预警、用途管理、考核管理等相关工作； 制定和完善贷后管理办法及贷后管理流程。
- 落实和履行其他风险管理工作职责。 任职资格
- 良好的职业操守、风险意识强，无违法及金融违规记录。
- 大学本科及以上学历，金融、经济、法律、财会专业优先。
- 具备3年及以上对公/普惠客户经理或风险管理、信贷审批工作经验。
- 熟悉银行业监管政策，掌握金融、财会、法律、管理基本知识，熟悉我行风险管理基本政策制度、主要授信产品和风险流程。
- 具备较好的逻辑分析能力、持续学习能力和组织统筹能力，工作积极主动，抗压能力强。
