## Job description

岗位职责
- 动养老险销售举措的落实，督导所辖片区的专员营业部/室的业务计划达成
- 辅导专员业务部室有效开展客户续保及寿险绩优业务员培训等工作
- 组织针对专员队伍的养老险新产品及相关销售技能提升培训，并参与总部和机构产品功能组的相关工作
- 追踪业务进度，并对大项目提供业务支持，推动专员业务部部室开展团体客户销售线索积累、转化及促成 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.1-3年相关工作经验 3.沟通能力强强，责任心强
