## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责开发和维护客户资源，完成个贷业务的销售目标;
- 负责客户资质评估，制定个性化的销售方案;
- 负责个贷业务的全流程管理，确保业务合规性;
- 协调内外部资源，推动个贷业务发展;
- 完成上级交代的其他任务。 任职资格
- 具备3-5年相关工作经验;
- 工作地点为无锡市;
- 具备个贷业务相关经验，熟悉个贷产品及流程;
- 具备较强的销售能力和沟通协调能力;
- 具备一定的团队管理经验。
