## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责银保渠道的业务督导工作，制定并执行销售计划和目标;
- 监督和指导团队成员的销售行为，确保业务合规性;
- 协调银行、保险公司等资源，推动银保业务的顺利开展;
- 定期分析销售数据，发现问题并提出优化建议;
- 协助制定银保渠道的市场策略，推动业务增长。 任职资格
- 具备3年以上银行保险相关工作经验，熟悉银保渠道业务流程及产品特点;
- 具备优秀的沟通协调能力，能够与银行、保险公司等相关方有效对接;
- 熟悉保险产品知识，具备一定的市场分析能力;
- 具备较强的数据分析能力，能够通过数据驱动业务决策;
- 具备良好的职业道德和抗压能力，能够适应快节奏的工作环境。
