## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责综拓经理团队业务指标达成和人力发展规则，带领综拓经理团队完成各项考核指标，不断发现和引入优秀人才。
- 全面负责所在综拓经理团队的AUM、LUM和获客的业务推动，包含集团重点客群的经营管理、日常综拓经理活动量管理、辅导和培训工作。
- 在支行带领下，做好与财富、个贷、市场团队的协同配合，形成合力。
- 落实并执行风险及合规工作要求，处理各类综拓业务的投诉。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历、双证齐全。
- 具备3年以上银行业营销工作经验，1年以上团队管理的工作经验。
- 强烈的进取心和目标感，较强内驱力和抗压能力，沟通协调和团队合作能力。具备共赢思维、较强的学习意识和学习能力。
- 无严重违规违纪及不良从业记录。
