## Job description

岗位职责 以管户经营为主要客户服务模式；负责承接和维护客户，保持客户资产规模并取得增长，增加营收、提高客户忠诚度，促进潜力客户升级；以客户为中心，不断挖掘和满足客户需求，进行资产配置，为客户提供个性化的投资建议和理财方案，实现客户财富的保值增值。 任职资格
- 两年及以上银行理财投资类相关从业经验；
- 服务和营销意识强，专业功底扎实，具备财富资产配置能力；
- 业绩优秀，持有基金从业资格证，持有AFP/CFP等理财专业证书者优先。
