## Job description

岗位职责
- 责任险重案前置管控、复杂案件审核及机构重案前置指导
- 负责推动并检视总部各项作业规则制度在管控机构落地
- 参与总部各类专业培训、课题编写、专业沉淀
- 参与机构重案及非重案常规品质专项审计
- 监控分析机构成本指标达成并推动改进 任职资格
- 本科学历，法律、医学、保险、金融等相关专业优先
- 具有良好沟通协调能力，思路清晰、负责高效；有较强的抗压能力、执行能力
- 有责任险理赔从业经验者优先
