## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责全集团员工入职、离职等工作的综合办理；
- 负责全集团员工居住证积分、落户相关的材料审核及收取；
- 负责全集团员工商务/旅游签证、出入境报备、外国人就业证等业务办理；
- 负责全集团员工福利、社会保险、招退工等工作；
- 相关人事工作联络以及有关疑难的解答工作；
- 严格执行公司各项制度，各种信息及时录入，并定期整理数据上传系统处理；
- 参与部门管理，制度的指定、编写、宣导，如sop、课件等；
- 承办领导交办的其他工作； 任职资格 1.有1年以上人事/员工关系/行政经验，处理过员工入离调，积分或者外事业务优先； 2.具有责任心，工作认真负责；
