## Job description

岗位职责

### 一、人员管理
- 制定直销条线增员规划，并追踪落实，保证咨询中心业务员满编；
- 咨询中心各层级干部选拔、培养、人才梯队搭建；
- 咨询中心各层级KPI计算及考核追踪；
- 咨询中心各层级佣金计算。

### 二、人员训练
- 直销条线分层级、分MOB段整体培训规划的制定，包含制式培训、非制式培训；
- 按规划承担部分制式培训、非制式培训的落地实施；
- 督促规划至中心层面的各项培训工作的落实、效果；
- 直销条线讲师管理、激励及活动举办； 任职资格 1、经济类、金融类全日制本科学历； 2、3年以上培训经验，有团队管理经验者优先； 3、对培训项目的规划能力、对需求的识别能力、对培训课程的开发技能、对培训现场的把控及授课技巧、训后效果评估技能； 4、良好的表达能力和沟通能力、责任心强；
