## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责综金部大数据平台搭建，日常报表及数据维护；
- 统筹所对接业务部保费调度、渠道运营等工作，指标达成检测、异常预警检视；
- 部门内部日常工作咨询支持、培训督导、会议组织、渠道费用处理等相关工作；
- 代理人及客户咨诉处理；
- 上级领导安排的其他相关工作。 任职资格
- 综合优才院校全日制统招统分本科及以上学历，数学、统计、计算机等相关专业优先；
- 掌握保险专业知识，了解公司业务运作体系；
- 具备熟练的数据分析能力，有较强的组织协调能力和完成任务的意识，以及较强的文字能力及沟通能力，有销售或管理经验优先。
