## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责宠物相关内容的短视频创意策划、拍摄及后期剪辑制作，打造爆款内容；
- 参与宠物明星IP的孵化与运营，制定内容策略并落地执行；
- 根据数据反馈调整内容方向，持续优化视频质量及传播效果；
- 协助完成宠物类直播节目的技术支持与现场拍摄保障。 任职资格
- 有短视频拍摄及剪辑经验，熟悉宠物行业内容生态尤佳；
- 熟练使用Premiere Pro、After Effects、剪映等视频剪辑软件，具备扎实的画面构图与节奏感；
- 热爱宠物，富有创造力，能够独立完成创意构思与拍摄执行；
- 具备较强的执行力与时间管理能力，能在快节奏环境中高效产出高质量作品。
