## Job description

岗位职责
- 收集地方三目录、医保政策、物价表、历史扣费清单及其他相关材料。
- 评估是否有疾病库、医师库、科室库、医嘱是否上传、是否上传日清单等，评估项目支持规则。
- 确认客户是否有个性化功能需求，个性化需求需基于医保政策进行。
- 逐条沟通可上线规则，为客户提供建议阈值，沟通并确认选定规则。
- 与医保沟通确认审核流程及每个环节时效。
- 根据FWA功能模块，提出系统优化需求，并参与系统UAT测试。
- 对定点医疗机构医疗费用在线审核，遇到问题与医院进行沟通。
- 每月进行审核数据分析，编写审核报告。
- 领导安排的其他工作。 任职资格
- 全日制大专及以上,医学、药学、保险、金融、法律、财务等相关专业背景，如有相关从业经验可放宽专业限制。
- 具有医疗行业或保险运营工作经验，有社保，卫生部门/同业理赔、医疗支持、医保、合署办公经验或该行业工作经验者优先。
- 熟悉医药，临床知识，熟练使用office软件。
- 项目管理能力，沟通协调能力，有较强的逻辑思维能力。
