## Job description

岗位职责

### 产品研发与推广
- 设计、构建总部期权投顾产品线，撰写策略报告，制定推广方案，提升签约客户数与资产规模。

### 服务体系建设与优化
- 组织营业部期权投顾团队，制定服务标准与流程，开展培训与业务支持。

### 产品管理
- 负责期权投顾产品上架、定价、考核、下架全流程管理，定期评估并优化迭代。

### 运营推广
- 策划线上线下期权投顾产品推广活动，跟踪运营数据并优化转化效果。

### 合规风控
- 确保产品内容、推广及服务符合监管及适当性管理要求，防范合规与声誉风险。 任职资格
- 硕士及以上学历，CFA证书资格以及金融、经济类专业优先；
- 具备3年以上证券公司投资顾问岗位经验，具备证券投资咨询（投资顾问）资格，有期权相关资格优先；
- 熟悉期权策略、希腊字母风险及国内期权品种；
- 熟悉国内主流量化平台，具备期权量化策略编写能力者优先；
- 具有良好的文字表达、演讲授课以及较强的市场分析能力；
- 具备良好的职业道德和专业素养，对金融投资具有浓厚热情，致力投身于财富管理行业发展。
