## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据企业客户的需求，为客户提供到院、到企、到家等健康咨询及管理服务

### 健康管理服务
- 为企业客户员工解读体检报告;出具有针对性的健康管理方案；督促指导客户合理执行健康管理方案并跟踪效果、动态调整;对健康数据进行分析统计
- 企业客户的就医绿通资源协调和陪诊服务
- 企业健康管理优势宣导和健康类科普讲座支持 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；具备医学、护理学、健康管理、营养学等专业背景；掌握医疗健康专业知识，具备护师职称及健康管理师资格证
- 年龄30-35岁左右；具备医疗健康和慢病管理相关领域5年或以上工作经验；优秀者可适当放宽限制
- 有知名医院陪诊服务经验；熟悉医院运作流程；了解常见慢性疾病和多发病的处理
- 服务意识及沟通协调能力强，有亲和力
