## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责当地医健资拓与产品开发，医疗网络拓展，属地产品开发、上线、营销推广及履约运营，属地供应商管理；
- 统筹医健服务营销，联合各业务线进行模压、陪展、营销活动策划实施、分客户开展医健方案支持；
- 负责医健收入推动，开展询报价、商机管理、收入追踪、渠道经营分析；
- 负责院端服务履约管理、咨诉处理，品质管理，运营指标分析，合规风控管理，供应商使用与结算；
- 统筹自营直管队伍的招募面试、准入、淘汰以及队伍的培训、绩效考核、产能监控、文化建设、荣誉激励。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历；
- 从事医疗、健康管理行业管理或市场营销行业管理3年以上；
- 具备较强的学习能力、宣导能力、组织策划能力，数据分析能力、解决问题能力和总结汇报能力。
