## Job description

岗位职责
- 计算每月工资，完成工资核算和统计报表；
- 薪酬数据分析及统计工作，按时完成人工成本，人工费用的数据报告
- 负责定期及不定期的员工工资调整工作，以及因适用、转正、转岗、升降职带来的个别员工工资变动。 任职资格
- 对人力资源尤其是薪酬模块有一定的理论基础和认识，有薪酬福利相关工作经验优先；
- 熟悉常用办公软件，工作耐心细致，良好的系统思维和数据统计分析能力；
- 严谨负责，优良的职业道德和保密意识。
