## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责与银行网点建立合作关系，做好日常经营与关系维护，推动保险产品销售，确保达成业绩目标；
- 为银行网点提供产品培训、营销活动支持及销售辅导；
- 负责投保单证、资料的配送、收集、初审及保单送达等配套服务；
- 协助处理客户咨询、保全、理赔、给付等相关服务手续；
- 监督网点销售合规性，管理业务风险，并按要求完成各项渠道汇报工作；
- 领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历优先，金融、保险、市场营销等相关专业优先； 2.3年以上银保渠道销售或保险客户服务经验优先，熟悉银保业务流程优先； 3.具备优秀的沟通表达、客户关系维护及业务推动能力，能适应高频网点拜访； 4.责任心强，注重细节，具备良好的合规意识与服务精神优先。
