## Job description

岗位职责

### 统筹保险微店项目
- 主导跨部门协作项目，负责保险微店在队伍端的推广与落地，制定阶段性运营策略与执行计划，提升微店使用率、转化率及团队展业效率

### 活动策划与执行
- 策划并落地线上/线下联动推广活动（如产品上线、节点营销、队伍激励等），从创意、资源协调到效果复盘全周期管理，提升活动曝光与参与

### 数据监测与分析
- 完善营销数据监测体系，追踪关键指标（如参与率、转化率、客均单量等），通过数据漏斗分析，挖掘潜在需求，为产品设计及运营优化提供数据支持

### 熟悉AI工具
- 有前沿营销思维，熟悉主流AI工具，能借助AI赋能运营者优先 任职资格 1、本科以上学历，有2年以上渠道队伍或互联网营销活动运营经验优先 2、熟悉前沿数字化营销业务逻辑，有从0到1策划过成功的运营案例 4、逻辑清晰，具备较强的数据分析能力与用户洞察力，能基于数据驱动运营优化 5、具备对AI工具的理解和应用，能够尝试应用至运营日常工作中
