## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责移动端业务产品体验UI设计。包含app，h5，小程序运营活动等；
- 参与产品讨论，从视觉设计和用户体验的角度提出建议与解决方案，能够与产品经理和技术开发协作，跟踪产品效果，保证最终设计质量；
- 对设计流行趋势敏感。善于分析分享，推动提升团队协作力；
- 有一定的手绘功底。可以实现app里的动效 任职资格
- 设计经验3年以上，有成熟设计作品。本科及以上学历，艺术设计相关专业；
- 富有设计创造力和激情；良好的合作态度和团队责任感。积极向上；
- 精通sketch，ps，ai，keynote，等相关软件，有动效3d基础者优先；
- 沟通能力强，对工作有严格的时间规划，能够高效完成工作；
- 认真细致，善于创新，对视觉设计，色彩有敏锐的观察力和分析能力；
- 请随简历附上代表作品。
