## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责公司业务销售推动，包括市场研判、目标追踪，经营检视；
- 客户续保管理；客户全生命周期管理，包括商机收集、拜访、询价、转化、续保等过程管理；代理人管理、客户管理、关联方对接等；
- 政策宣导及发布；
- 异常指标预警及问题机构督导。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 有销售或管理经验者优先；
- 具有较强的业务公关能力、沟通协调能力；
- 具备一定的培训、市场策划、数据分析能力。
