## Job description

岗位职责
- 关系维护负责所辖网点合作关系的日常维护
- 协调处理车商网点销售、理赔过程中的简单问题
- 车商服务对接，包括续保沟通、推修沟通、作业模式沟通及网点信息收集线上反馈等
- 客户续保跟踪、困难件处理和客户信息真实性校验
- 上级安排的其他相关工作 任职资格
- 本科学历，二本优先；
- 具备沟通协作能力；
- 具有一定的领悟能力，一定的担当精神，一定的专业知识储备，一定的执行力，一定的结果导向型思维，跟踪到底，不遗漏，踏实认真完成本职工作。
